Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Methods of Payment
- Tickets may be purchased by card only.
- Payment is required at time of making the booking.

- Tickets may be purchased online or via phone.
- Tickets are valid only when purchased through the GWPAC website or authorised sales channels.
- The GWPAC reserves the right to cancel and not refund any ticket it reasonably believes has been bought or sold by an unauthorised seller.
Fees and Charges
- Tickets purchased online and via phone are subject to per ticket and per transaction fees, depending on the event.
- Fees are clearly displayed next to the ticket cost when selecting your tickets, prior to payment.
- All fees are subject to change.
Refunds and Exchanges
- All tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Exemptions may include when a performance is rescheduled or cancelled.
- Refunds are unavailable if you arrive late, are no longer available to attend or choose not to attend a performance. There can be no changes to tickets once an event commences.
- All fees are non-refundable.
- Where an exchange or refund is permitted, a further fee will be charged to the patron.
Ticket Delivery Methods
All tickets are emailed to the buyer and can be downloaded as an eticket (PDF) or added to mobile wallet.
On-Selling of Tickets
- Tickets must not be on-sold at a premium, packaged with other goods or services, offered as a prize or otherwise used for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes, without the prior written permission of the GWPAC.
- The GWPAC may cancel tickets or refuse to accept orders which it believes are in breach of this condition.
Event Cancellation
In the case of an event or performance cancellation, a refund will be provided to the original ticket buyer.
Restricted Viewing
The GWPAC will advise any known restricted viewing information prior to the purchase of a ticket.
Fair Access
- In the interests of maintaining fair access to tickets, the GWPAC may place limits on the number of tickets that a patron can purchase. The GWPAC reserves the right to cancel and not refund any purchase exceeding those limits.
Lost Tickets
- Subject to authentication of purchase, and ability to define seats allocated, lost tickets for allocated seating performances will be replaced with either a lost ticket voucher or a reprinted ticket.
- A patron with lost tickets is still committed to the booked performance.
- Lost general admission tickets will not be replaced, nor a voucher given, without the consent of the presenter/venue hirer.
Children
- Children under 2 years: do not require a ticket provided they sit on a ticket holder’s lap and do not occupy a seat.
- Children 2 years and older: all require a ticket.
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- For certain family and children’s events, only babies under 12 months will be admitted without a ticket.
Latecomers
- The performance will commence promptly at the advertised time.
- Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance in order to minimise disruption, and the GWPAC reserves the right to relocate seating as required in these circumstances.
Wheelchairs
- Wheelchair spaces have been allocated in the auditorium and these numbers must not be exceeded.
- High back wheelchair locations may be restricted per performance to avoid obstructed viewing.
